Daeheung Softmill, Co. is the only general confectionary and bakery machinery company in South Korea founded on 1989. Since then, we’ve never forgotten our belief to create greater value though ceaseless innovative researches and developments, getting over the difficult company situations with our employees, to provide you our customers better technologies and better product quality. Through your love and support we’ve grown into a brand in top-notch as the only general maker of confectionary and bakery machinery in Korea.
Since I was designated as a Maestro of the Republic of Korea in 2011, we’ve set it our company’s goal ‘to cultivate core competences’ to cultivate the talents and to serve the country. Since 2014, we were chosen as a company to act on the ‘work-study program’, a major project of the governmental job policy. With the support for the program from Human Resources Development Service of Korea we installed ‘Maestro Technology Education Center’ in our company. By that, we made a system by newly creating and expand the facilities so that all of our employees may grow altogether through our very own talent cultivation program – so that the teens can grow into skilled technicians by studying and working at the same time. I will never forget the mindset as an executive who serves the customers the most.
And we will keep on providing customer-centered products and services.
We will run ceaselessly to become the only ‘Global Maker of Confectionary and Bakery Machinery’ of South Korea.
